  • Yes, although we look to fund every deal from internal funds, we are open to funding larger deals with strategic right fit partners.

  • ROI Group has the licensing and capacity to broker deals. However, we are solely committed to being the leading non-bank direct private lender in Ontario and do not broker deals.

  • Although we have asset classes and property types that we fund more regularly than others, we will look at more unique opportunities on a case by case basis. This could include hospitality, self-storage, banquet halls, gas stations, agricultural, or land banking.
